The Terra Venture Clinic Asylum is one of the most creepiest places never seen in the Power Rangers universe. The Asylum is located in the downtown area- westside- of the Industrial Dome on Terra Venture. According to Marsh for his fan-fic continuity, villains and monsters from various Power Rangers seasons, considered the "insane" (like Frax, Darkonda) have been in the asylum for a very long time.

In the film, Trakeena can be seen wearing a strait jacket. Villamax XXIV was a minor patient in the asylum during the forementioned segments where he, Trakeena, Kegler , and Waspsfly are being in a alliance with Dr. AJ (who is obviously Yellow Ranger AJ Weems ).
