While out on her roller blades, Kelsey saves a dog named Dorsey from getting hit by a car. Nancy, the dogs owner is later seen on television by Kelsey and Dana just as a tornado monster is attempting to destroy the city just as the Rangers finally meet Diabolico. The Rangers call for the rescue bird and destroy the monster while the shuttle was in trouble and crashed after being damaged by him! As a result, the Rangers call for their rail rescues and try to get control of the shuttle. Kelsey gets the shuttle to land on top of Rail Rescue 4 and is sucsessful, but Jinxer grows the monster and the Rangers must combine the zords inside the Rail Rescues into the Lightspeed Megazord for the first time.
